When digicel ready fi take yuh credit ah nuh nuttin normal and when u call the customer care agent all them do is put yuh pon long hold and carry yuh around. This was my situation sometimes ago I received an international top u I used some of the credit to activate a international plan leaving the balance of 2600 on my phone. Anyway mi start making some international calls only to find out that my international minutes wasn’t been charge. The balance that I had on my phone was been charging instead of the international minutes all of my local credit gone. So mi call customer care for them put on back my credit and charge the calls to the international minutes that I had activated on my phone but there system wasn’t charging my international calls to it and I was making only Canadian calls. Anyhow customer care give mi one piece ah runner around the first agent mi talk to was a man he tell mi by 24hr my account will show the changes mi say all now mi call till mi blue . every time u get a different agent u have start the same long explanation over and over like is the first call. Mi get so mad to how mi did upset if there head office was next-door mi house would ah go in their go choke some baddie . boi mi understand why the girl have to behave so digicel have a way to give u the run around when dem thief yuh credit.
