The power of choice
The human mind just so happens to be the conference room for decision making between good and evil,
righteousness and unrighteousness, sanity and insanity, peace and war, confusion and order.
However, contrary to popular belief the human mind does not create these things instead it just makes the decision as to which force or influence it will succumb to.
The choice however, is solely dependent on which influence influences us the most. These influences of which I speak are the invisible forces of evil and the invisible forces of good.
The bible brings more clarity to this understanding in the following passage of scripture, “I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live” Deut. 30:19.
As you would have clearly read, life and death, blessing and cursing are being offered to us to choose from, we are not the ones creating it, nevertheless, we are advised in the scripture to always choose life so that ourselves and our children will live.
So many of us are unaware of our unimaginable power of CHOICE! The kingdom of Light and the kingdom of darkness are both vying via their influence for us to choose life or death, blessing or cursing. Nonetheless, as powerful as both kingdoms are, it will always be the choices we make that will allow either one to run its course in our lives and by extension the lives of our children as the scripture mentioned.
With the above understanding in mind, I strongly suggest that you fully and confidently exercise your power of CHOICE by rejecting the negative influence that’s inclining you towards curses and death and embrace blessings and life.
To summarize my point, neither good or evil can at random force its will on us. Instead, it will always be the collaboration between their influence and our choice to produce their purpose.
Death and life is in the power of our tongues, therefore let us make the choice to think and speak the power of LIFE! Proverbs 18:21.
