IS a serial killer stalking Tobago?
Has a murderous predator been ambushing elderly foreign victims—all of them couples—and viciously chopping them with a sharpened blade on the small sister island that many consider paradise?
And have these attacks been going for years while a killer walks freely among the country’s citizens and its tourists?
Criminologist Prof Ramesh Deosaran believes the patterns of circumstances of these attacks point to a real possibility of a serial murderer operating in Tobago since 2008.
And there may be some land issues behind these killings.unlike Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago almost NEVA sell out land and never sell beaches or privatize them to the forerigners and resorts .
Maybe these killings are done by people with a personal grudge for outsiders or families not happy with the land sales .
It can be a crazy person with a hatred for foreigners since that old white foreign lady came to Tobago years ago and give many many young men AIDS.
