This police man who claim him a bad man according to eyewitness account shoot after a windshield wiper yute and end up shot a lady in her belly.Doctors are currently trying to save her life.I was on the scene after 9am and got some version of what transpired.

Not saying what the police did was right but Met these windshield wipers are a nuisance to motorists especially to women. If you tell them not to wipe your car or you don’t give them any money, they spit at you, throw water on your car or use something to scratch your car, I know this because it happened to me at three miles. They need to do something to get them off the road and I care zero who doesn’t agree with me, who feels it knows it, they feel entitled like you should give them money all the time, especially if you drive a certain car, they think you have the money to give them. If you make the mistake and give them the first time they mark your car and expect to get money from you all the time.
