26 YO MAN SWALLOWED 92 PALLETS OF GANJA

A man who swallowed 92 pellets of marijuana and then tried to catch a flight to Barbados, is facing drug charges.

Police say they’ve charged 26-year-old Oneil Spencer of Kitson Town in St. Catherine with Possession of, Dealing in, and Attempting to Export Ganja.

He is scheduled to appear in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court today.

Police report that on April 26, Spencer attempted to board a flight at the Norman Manley International Airport destined for Barbados.

However, they say a routine security screening detected some abnormalities.

Spencer was interviewed and taken into custody, after it was revealed that he had swallowed several pellets of ganja.

He was taken to hospital, where doctors removed 92 pellets of the drug from his stomach.
