The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) on Wednesday released information which shows the year-to-date murder figure for children is 38.

Twenty-four boys and 14 girls were killed.

The JCF said this represents a decrease of 10 murders or 21 per cent when compared to the same period last year.
