Heavy police presence currently in HWT,they are not allowing persons to even walk by the court outside.One cop said it’s for Vybz Kartel and yet another told me it’s livity coke n titty man appearing.I don’t know who to believe and the supporters filling the plaza are tightlipped.Can u find out who in there causing this traffic snarl ,I need to go about my business!
