A prisoner who escaped from the Denham Town police lockup last year was found badly beaten in Tivoli Gardens, West Kingston yesterday.
Kevin Smith otherwise called “Tatan” was found bound with a bag over his head in a gully in Rasta City. He sustained severe wounds all over his body.
Mr. Smith, who escaped custody on gun and shootings charges, is under police guard in hospital.
