Trans continental shipping company merge into econocaribe shipping company and telling customers that they containers are been shipped when its outside on the road in queens new York

  1. I dont understand your point, Sender. Every shipping company does the same thing until the container is loaded for transportation to the port.

    1. The containers r suppose to be inside a warehouse not on the sidewalk. What if it rains r snow & the cardboard barrels get damage? I think the sender is upset bcuz her barrels were suppose to be in jamaica by now & when she went to check with d company what happen, she saw that the barrels were never shipped but instead on the side walk expose to d elements. Maybe the shipping company owe the exports money & now they can’t ship d barrels. That’s just my point of view.

  2. Not understanding this rude behaviour from sender. This is not a true reflection of Jamaicans. During this time of the year there is an influx of cargo. Due to this cargo is staged then move in the warehouse. If everyone that comes their shipment is just place in the warehouse the cargo might end up somewhere other than Jamaica. We have to understand and exercise patience. We have been served by TransContinental and Econocaribe shipping over the years without promblems. Now they have a space problem we are feeding them to the sharks. Smh…Jamaicans. Take us out of the pig sty but we are still hogs.

  3. This company is horrible with its customer service as well as horrible with filling orders. I set up a late pick up which the receptionist never put in then when they finally supposed to had fixed the problem,they call two hours pass the time to when the appointment was to be set for just to say they can’t pick up the barrels. Then tell me they will be there 8:30 the next day then don’t get there until after 9:00 a.m. When i call to speak with a supervisor he’s acting as if i must drop everything and send someone to go and let them in. These people have no sense of professionalism worst when you have to spend for bad service and inconvenience. It makes no sense how you run a business when one person has no idea what the next person is doing when they are supposed to be giving the information to the driver. I will never use this company again. Good luck to all you who like to pay for horrible and rude service. Your own kind always treat you like shit and wounder why we can’t get ahead.
