This type of severe muscle degradation is usually seen after/during diseases such as cancer or untreated HIV. Not a laughing matter.
In my last comment I should have added the fact that I am in no way inferring that the girl has any of the diseases mentioned. I’m merely just trying to highlight the point that her type of build is a typical symptom of various SERIOUS illnesses, and that should be considered before mocking her.
